Our chocolate is crafted with cacao beans from the Camino Verde Fermentary in Ecuador. We carefully roast the beans in small batches, winnow away the shells, and stone-grind them into a smooth paste. Each bar is hand-tempered to achieve a perfect snap and shine, allowing the unique flavors of the cacao to shine through. A touch of organic Madagascar vanilla bean enhances the chocolate’s natural depth and warmth.
