We’re a small, family-owned artisan chocolate maker, dedicated to crafting micro-batch, single-origin chocolate in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles.
Our passion for chocolate and commitment to bringing out the best in cacao have led us to create delicious, chocolate that we hope you’ll savor as much as we love making it.
We source our cacao beans from select plantations across the globe, roasting each batch to perfection. Using traditional melangers, we achieve an ultra-smooth texture, refining our chocolate to a fine 20-micron finish. Each bar is tempered, molded, and packaged by hand with care.
