Our chocolate is crafted from cacao beans grown in the mountain regions of Ghana. The beans are carefully roasted in small batches, winnowed to remove the shells, and ground into a smooth paste. Each batch is hand-tempered and molded into bars to highlight the cacao’s unique flavor and character.
