Description
Our chocolate is crafted with cacao beans from the Anamalai Estate in Tamil Nadu, India. The beans are carefully roasted in our small roaster, winnowed to remove the shells, ground into a smooth paste, hand-tempered for a perfect finish, and molded into bars to bring out their unique flavor.
