Our chocolate is crafted with cacao beans from the Anamalai Estate in Tamil Nadu, India, using cacao butter infused with Earl Grey tea leaves. The beans are carefully roasted in small batches, winnowed to remove the shells, and ground into a smooth paste. Each batch is hand-tempered and molded into bars to highlight the cacao’s natural sweetness, layered with delicate citrus and floral notes from the tea.
