Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed on or after Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipments are sent via UPS Ground and are carefully insulated to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. During warmer months, we may include cold packs and extra insulation as needed.
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, please provide an address where someone can receive it promptly. We strongly advise against deliveries to locations where the package may be left outside for extended periods. LisaChocolate cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery addresses or packages left in unsuitable conditions, such as heat, rain, or humidity. Chocolate is delicate and can melt! While we take all possible precautions to protect your order, your help in selecting an appropriate delivery address is essential.
Weather Considerations
We do not ship orders when temperatures are above 90°F. For temperatures above 75°F, we add cold packs and extra insulation to safeguard your chocolate. If temperatures are above 80°F, we recommend choosing expedited shipping (overnight or 2-day) to minimize the risk of melting. Please note that we cannot guarantee the chocolate will remain unmelted when shipping via ground services during extreme heat, so consider this carefully when placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue and replace your order if necessary. Please reach out to our team for assistance.
